I was having trouble getting enough signal to play Plex directly on the TV- The TV is a very old smart tv and undoubtedly has low processing power. This is a fix for that so that I can stream to that room without having to upgrade the TV. It's also nice that it includes a USB charger to keep the unit functional.

I just returned a set of bluetooth headphones because I couldn't get them to work on my desktop- I'm hoping these do a better job staying connected.
Unfortunately, there are some trade-offs.... these are heavy. I can feel them sliding down as soon as I put them on. The clips that change the size don't hold very snugly. They feel cheap around the ears. Not impressed, but I could be swayed if they perform well for their intended purpose.

The computer recognizes the adapter, then it disappears. When it's connected, it sort of works, but it disconnects every few seconds. No drivers included, but after working through the driver mess and installers for the specific chipset, it still doesn't work.
I am returning this, and I would never use another insignia product.

I like this camcorder- easier to do video than with my camera, but I get annoyed with Sony's behaviour when they don't include a proper charger and make you link a short usb cable to your equipment to slowly charge it over half a day. You'd have to spend an extra hundred or two to get good battery life and easy charging out of this camcorder.
