The install team told my wife the water lines were frozen and we would need to have plumber out to disconnect our old unit. They also advised her we would need 10 foot water lines and 10 foot electrical line to be able to install the unit. When i got home i was easily able to turn off the water supply. I also used all of the 6 foot hoses and electrical line they brought with them. They only help the delivery team provided was carrying the unit up the stairs.

This dryer cord is required for successful hook-up of your new appliance. Our delivery personnel will determine whether a 3- or 4-prong cord is needed based on the outlet behind your existing dryer.

Beware if you have a plastic line on your current fridge. The delivery guy won't touch it. Fortunately I can use a wrench and disconnected my old fridge so they could take it away. They also didn't like where the water shut off was located so they wouldn't hook up my new fridge.
