Not worth the hassle

Had loud buzzing noise which got louder on bright scenes or when setting the tv brighter.
Tried to resolve issue with TCL customer support. Customer support was slow to respond and gave me directions that did not apply to the menu of the tv. Told the tech support i already did factory reset at least three times prior and he still wanted me to try it again. So i did but the buzzing of course persisted. I told him it is probably a technical issue. Wait time was 30 minutes and one of the replies took over 10 minutes. The whole process took over one hour just for them to tell me to do a factory reset that did not work while giving me the wrong directions that did not apply to the model of the TV. It was alot faster to return it.
