After being told that I had received an email with a code to pick it up from the lockers outside, AND stating that I had not.... he insisted that I needed to go check because the computer told him it was in the lockers.....
After back and forth, him rechecking the computer, searching the racks (around 20 minutes after walking inside) I received my new batteries.
It helps make their rotation more flexible.
The product 5 stars, the runaround is 2 because I did finally receive my item.

A different twist on the history of the prominent families... I do not have graphic novel experience to refer to so I have no idea if there was any previous basis for this storyline.
