Needed a smaller TV for a guest room. This was the perfect unit except for the remote. The buttons are too close together and black on black making finding the correct button that much more difficult in a darkened room. It would have helped even to put a tactile little dot on some of the buttons. Back lighting would have been even better. nope, just gotta either turn on a light, count buttons by feel, or struggle. sigh.

Wow. I was required to purchase stainless hose with my new washing machine. Sadly, the Best Buy installation team hooked up the hot water from the wall to the cold water inlet of the washer and the opposite with the other hose. Sad that the red and blue color coded faucet and inlets didn't give them a better clue as to which hose went where.

The first washer that arrived was dead on arrival. Sadly, the Best Buy delivery team said they ran a test cycle. Um, sure. Two hours after they installed the washer and left my house, I tried to do a load of laundry. No joy.
After too many phone calls, it was eventually replaced and the replacement seems to work fine

Why can't I give a negative 5 stars???
The delivery team that delivered my washer said it was hooked up and working. Well, half of that is correct.
My new washer didn't work from the start. After many hours on the phone with both Best Buy and Maytag going thru diagnostics; and having a BB tech come to my house to tell me the washer needs to be replaced (duh!), I got it replaced.
The new washer was delivered and swapped out. The team disconnected the hoses and spilled water all over the floor. They KNEW they were gonna disconnect water hoses as part of the washer exchange. Why would they not come prepared with a small bucket or at least some towels???? I had to give them MY towels to clean up the mess before the water soaked in. sigh.
But the most amazing worst part is they hooked up the hot water from the wall to the cold water inlet into the washer!!!
The hot water valve on the wall is red. The cold water is blue. Pretty intuitive I'd think,

I only notice this glaring error because I also had to re-level the washer as it rocked a little bit; corner to corner. Sigh, why would I expect that to be correct?
Anyhow I moved the washer out to better access the leveling feet. I saw the hoses in the back was all twisted up and looked likes a "rats nest". As I was tracing each hose, I had that "Whiskey Tango Foxtrot" moment when I realized where the hoses were connected.

Works great! Needs a faster activation button

The dryer works great! It dries our clothes, and doesn't damage them. The lint trap is super easy to access and clean. What more can you really ask for?
One minor annoyance is the cycle start button. You have to hold it down and watch a countdown timer go from three to one then it starts. Why do I need to hold this button down so long? 1.5 seconds should be more than sufficient to ensure there is no accidental starting. Or, have two buttons near each other and both have to be pushed simultaneously for immediate start.
...I realize this is a nit-picky complaint and 3 seconds isn't long.
