We all know the frustrations of various streaks or marks ending up on our monitors. I know I get rather ADD-ish about them. I've tried various things that didn't work. This kit did the trick. No streaks left over on the monitor and the marks that were initially there are gone without much trouble. The combination of the microfiber cloth and the cleaner is a great one. I'd buy again.

Unfortunately, Samsung has removed the SD card capabilities in their phones from the 20 series upwards. You're stuck in using internal memory only...and paying Samsung for cloud services beyond that.

do you need a modem to set it up
Yes. You need to be connected to the internet first in order to "route" the information through the router, i.e., you should have your DSL or cable modem working before setting this up.

I have windows 7. Unfortunately I didn't upgrade to windows 10 when it was free. Is this what I need for an upgrade? Or is there another way of upgrading Windows 7 to 10
Microsoft officially stopped doing this a couple of years ago as you know, but unofficially they're still supporting it. This article (dated June 2019) will show you how to do it.

My 570 graphics card requires an 8-pin power plug. I see the picture that looks like two 4 pins can be inserted together to create an 8. Is this correct?
This is correct. Any combination of power pins can be used for a GPU, as long as the GPU doesn't exceed what the supply can provide. That said, I would recommend having at least 100 watts more in a power supply than you actually need as it's always a good idea to have some headroom.
