Let sensor controls on this GE over-the-counter range do all of the work, checking time and temperature and delivering perfect results with every dish. An integrated Melt mode lets you melt cheese, butter and other ingredients without worrying about scorching. Nice Microwave but requires strong touch skills!

We haven't had this microwave for long but there are a couple of things that aren't major but a little annoying. When you press the control panel, you really have to press hard to command the microwave. I have never had to use this much force to press buttons. Maybe it will "soften" as time goes by. The door is a bit noisey, both opening it and closing it. Again, maybe this will soften in time. These are the only reasons why I'm giving it 4 stars. Other than that, it does heat up your food well and physically looks good. The test will be to see how long it last without any mechanical problems.

This TV is terrific and I am so glad I purchased it. I originally had the Geek Squad scheduled to come and set up the TV but decided I would do it myself. So, sadly, I had to cancel my Geek Squad appointment to set up the TV. I say sadly, because we have used the Geek Squad on three other recent installations and they are TERRIFIC! Hopefully, we'll have to have them do something else in the future. Because of their wonderful service we received on three occasions, they get 5 stars, even for this "non-installation." They truly are consummate professionals and a joy to work with.

Nice Guys but NOT SO "OK" installation.

The two guys that came to install our new microwave were nice enough, however, we are not 100% pleased with the installation. First off, when they took off our old microwave, they busted a nice size 3 inch hole in the wall that ripped an additional SEAM 4 inches North FROM the hole. They covered it up with a piece of "aluminum foil" tape. They installed the microwave but after they left, we noticed that it was butted up so close to the cabinet above it that a 1 1/2 inch irregular crack is now present on the front of my cabinet on the right side, where it is the tightest. To make things worse, we think they forgot to put in one of the metal filters on the top where the air blows out. We now have to go back to best buy to see if only one filter is suppose to be there or two. Unfortunately, this company does not send their best workers like Best Buy does. I so wish that the Geek Squad could learn how to install microwaves. In any case, we are not pleased at all and now we have a damaged wall AND a damaged cabinet. We are now afraid to have the company come and fix both situations. We believe it will be worse than it already is. Unfortunately, we will never purchase anything through Best Buy that uses a 3rd party to install. We feel bad about that because we have had nothing but fantastic installations in the past year with the purchase of our two TVs and washing machine. Sorry Best buy, get another company to take care of your customers who purchase microwaves and need them installed. This company you have now is mediocre at best.

TOUGH TOUCH NEEDED BUT GOOD!

It's hard to tell how good this microwave will be since we have only used it for 1 week. However, I can comment on two things, which is why I am giving it 4 stars. It appears that when you press the buttons to heat up your food, you really have to press hard to make it work. It definitely IS NOT equipped with an easy touch panel. Also, when you close and open the door it is VERY loud in comparison to my previous microwave. Each time we open and close the door it sounds like you are slamming it. Again, you have to push the door harder than normal to get it to close and to open. Other than that, it certainly does heat up food pronto, but let's see what a few months bring.

The two gentlemen that put up our new Sony TV and wall mount were terrific! As a university professor, I was so impressed by the senior member, who was training the junior member. He was articulate, positive and very sensitive. Everything went like clockwork and they both were a joy to speak with. We almost felt like we should invite them to dinner. What a great team, that were personable and knew what they were doing. That combination is a rarity these days, especially having help that is knowledgeable and confident. The fan is extremely loud! Is thus common?

I just purchased this machine and recently washed some blankets and sheets together. The water definitely gets high enough to cover and wash a big load. So far, the "sensor" is "doing the right thing" with every load I've washed so far. However, if you are going to do a load of blankets and sheets, you will have to minimize how much you put in. I had to separate the sheets from the blankets because I got that awful knocking noise on the spin cycle. Once I removed the sheets, everything was fine on the spin cycle. I was surprised at this because my old washing machine (Calibro) was excellent at handling big loads. So, I hope this information helps!

the netgear AC1200 wifi router we purchased required me to install an app on my phone to complete installation, as part of the installation I need to scan the QR code.... there is NOT a QR code anywhere on the box or on the paperwork inside the box
I suffered the same problem my friend. You will have to speak with someone from the company. You will have to go on line and search for the 1 800 number. It took me several hours to find the number, maybe you'll have better success. I will say that the two people who helped me were terrific, so at least the help desk has two good people. Good luck. If I find the number I'll return with the information.

This computer is one of the lightest computers I have ever purchased. I selected it not only for its power but also for its light weight. I will be using the computer mainly as a scanner for creating 3-D miniature items, so light weight was a must. So, if you're looking for a light computer, this is one of the lightest. I think it weighs around 3 or 4lbs. Super light!
