Yes you can change watch bands on this watch. The band that came with the watch was too small for my wrist so I purchased a longer Garmin band from Amazon. Best buy did not carry the longer band or I would have purchased it there. To replace the band all you have to do is use the release tabs on the back of the watch. You simply slide them in and pull the band out of the watch and reverse the process to install the longer band. You have to do this 2 times to complete the installation (one time for the band and the second for the part with the buckle. It is and easy process.

I hooked up a sound bar to this tv and it works great. I used an optical connection from the tv to the sound bar. My sound bar is not a Roku one but I am sure you can connect the Roku sound bar in the same manner. I also connected a Roku Ultra streaming device to the tv using an HDMI cable. You can connect your Roku device in the same manner. If the Roku unit you want to connect to the tv is a combination sound bar and streaming device it would connect in a similar manner. I am sure the sound bar and streaming devices would have a manual that tells you how to connect them. I hope this information has been helpful.

My Bose soundbar recommends that I connect with an HDMI port that is an HDMI Arc. Does this TV have that?

I am not sure if this TV has that feature. I connected a Samsung sound bar to the TV but I used an optical connection. I think if you connect an HDMI cable to the TV and sound bar you should have a connection that will work because an HDMI connection is for both sound and video. I don't work for Best Buy but I purchased this model dash cam there and I am very well pleased with it. To answer your question I think you have to pay for installing the camera system. I installed this camera system myself (It was not that hard to install) but this is the 3rd camera system that I have had in my vehicles and when I inquired about installation on one of the previous ones Best Buy told me there would be a charge for installing it.
You should probably call your local Best Buy store and ask them about an installation charge just to be sure.
