Provide cleaner, fresher and better tasting water and ice for your family with LG Genuine water filter. Genuine LG Water Filters provide up to 200 gallons of water before replacement (LG recommends changing your water filter every 3-6 months).

As soon as the refrigerator was delivered there was a problem. There was damage on the refrigerator.
Went to Best Buy to show them pictures of the refrigerator damage. They deducted money off the refrigerator if we wanted to keep it. We decided to keep it.
Then was a issue with the water dispenser. The water smelled and it tasted bad. I changed the filter to see if that would help and it didn’t. I ran water through the dispenser about 5 or 6 gallons. And the smell seemed to go away, but the water still tasted bad.
I put in calls to LG about the water bad taste issue. Now I’m waiting for a LG Tech. To check out the refrigerator. Poor warranty help I called three times, the third time I finally got a LG representative that helped set up a appointment.
