This is my first foray into an electric toothbrush, and I really enjoy it! The replacement heads are about $8 and need to be changed every 3 months, so definitely factor that into your decision. This is a simple toothbrush with just a power switch, but the auto features are great and ensure you brush for 2 minutes. My mouth feels cleaner than with a manual so I'm sticking with this one until it fails.
