This was a natural gas line replacement at the time that we installed our new gas dryer. The old line was there for about 17 years. It was showing wear from having been moved around from when the spouse cleaned behind the dryer (showed imperfect bends in the line). This new hose is solid, but flexible as well. It was a reasonable item to replace after 17 years.

The delivery team for our washer and dryer showed up on time and did a great job installing our new washer/dryer and removing the old set. All of this was done during COVID-19. I highly recommend this service provided by Best Buy. We used this as well when we purchased our dishwasher about 2 years ago, and the team that did the installation then did an outstanding job as well. We are getting ready to purchase a new oven and I am sure we will purchase this from Best Buy and have them do the installation as well. Best Buy really does an excellent job.
