The sun stated a deep crackle in less than 8 months. Took it in to Best Buy for svc and instead our Svc plan was absorbed and we were refunded for the sub. So we basically rented it for 8 months. Disappointed in Bose product and BB plan for this product.

So very disappointed in this. We could finally afford to buy it and it lasted less than 7 months. Bought the Svc plan and it was absorbed and our money for the bar was returned. I would have rather had it repaired and not loose my svc plan so soon. Bose product issue. Best Buy plan issue.
