I purchased this 9/2022 to replace another LG microwave that failed after about 3 years. I only bought this one because it was the only microwave that fit without making modifications to my kitchen. LG said there’s nothing they can do because it’s been over a year and now outside of warranty, I guess they don’t expect it to work for more than a year. It worked fine while it did work but don’t expect that to last long.
