Keeps turning itself on...

Pros: friendly interface, bright screen, fairly easy to set up
Cons: turns itself back on every 20 minutes or so - after an hour with troubleshooting customer service rep, we exchanged at the store for another (exactly the same); SAME problem; we tried factory reset, plugging from surge protector directly into wall, reinstalling app, changing remote batteries...all suggestions failed;
none of the three TCL customer service representatives acknowledged that this was a reported problem, but we weren't taking the chance on a further headache and returned for a different brand
