After reading the reviews, I purchased this and, kudos to Best Buy, paid a small amount and it was delivered several hours after ordering it. I have an HP for my personal laptop, and a Lenovo for work, both less than six months old.
The instructions are lite, and don't match their current webpage, but it was easy to figure out: don't plug it in, download the driver, use the admin to install, reboot with it plugged in and update the firmware.
Why only four stars? "USB device not recognized. The last USB device you connected to this computer malfunctioned, and Windows does not recognize it."
I can understand the "use our charging device" message, but the drivers should take care of Windows.

This isn't a fancy product, so what do you judge it on? How long can it spray before it slows down and before it gets really cold and hard to hold. Longer than others that I have tried, and it is cheaper, so it is the way for me go.

It is definitely high on the cool factor, but there are two large obstacles: the skill set is growing, which implies that it is not yet robust. The other difficulty is that you need to be able to speak her language. What this means is that sometimes she understands what you are saying and can do it, but in others she can't. The one that causes me to scratch my head is that she cannot do all the commands on Amazon Prime. I would have thought that this was an obvious thing to have done first. Setup was fairly straight forward, though there is a problem with it not being able to feed my sound through the AVR yet without some additional manipulation.

I bought this to upgrade from a Pioneer that I have had for several years. Although it was 9.1, and this is only 7.2, I wanted Alexa and easier setup and control. The controls on this just make sense, including the remote. The additional power, coupled with Audyssey brought real clarity to the sound. I am having some issues with my current subwoofer, so I am likely to pick up a Martin Logan to upgrade it. One bonus was the HEOS app, which makes it easy to control. I was also able to connect to my home library of music on my PC. Very cool. Alexa isn't quite comfortable in my home yet as it turns on the Denon and the TV at the same time. It doesn't sound like a problem, except that it won't feed my speakers until I power off, and power back on my receiver. Yes. I have been on the phone with Amazon, who worked on my system remotely. Hopefully Denon will have a solution as I am calling them next. Once the bugs are worked out and I can figure out zone 2, then I will give it five stars, for the main reasons I purchased it: sound quality, Alexa and ease of use.
