It wasn't comfortable for my husband and just wasn't worth the price so we returned it.

We have enjoyed this printer since we got it. Sometimes it won't print via the network, but once we run the diagnostic tool it works again. Already had a jam too...but over all I really like it. I do wish we had gotten the one with the feeder tray.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We returned this item because it ran slowly from the day we got it and when we upgraded to Windows 10 (as the box said we could) we got the blue screen of death. We traded it in for a different computer and love the one we got.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

simple instructions to copy a document

not printer savy - bought a printer too sophisticated - may have to return! HELP! where are step-by-step instructons for copy, print, scan, fax?
You don't even need to use the computer to make a copy. You can copy straight from the printer. We also enjoy the guided tool that you download to the computer itself. I would recommend this printer to meet your needs.
