I spent over an hour trying to set it up and finally emailed for support. I sent a list of everything I'd tried and everything they could possibly ask about my phone, etc. They emailed back suggestions, basically everything I said I'd done. No other help available. No other brand of Alexa linked automation has been a problem.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not really sure what to say here. It's an Apple cord for an Apple laptop. It works. Actually, my best advice is to make sure you have both halves of the cord before you drive 600 miles and try to plug it in.

I got it set up and running quickly, synced the remote, and watched TV. Great picture and sound, more options than I'll ever use and I'm sure there are some I've missed. My only complaint is the sleep timer. You can't just set it once, it needs to be set every night. That's on the TV remote, not the cable remote so it's a pain.
