What's great about it: Very clear and colorfull
What's not so great: Level of RIng Sound to Low
I'm very satisfied with the overall of the phone. With the double screen and a few other options like controlling my TV, Cable Box and Alarm System at Home.

Price Difference

Why is the preorder for this phone more expensive on Bestbuy ($229.99) than on AT&T ($199.99) site for the same 2 year contract?
I don't mind paying the extra money for great quality service and also I received a $10 Best Buy Gift Card as well.
