What's great about it: Noise. Cancelled.
What's not so great: The power piece is slightly clunky, but a rubber band fixes that.
I travel constantly for work, and these completely block out airplane background noise. Even if I'm not using my iPod, they help me fall asleep. I don't know how I dealt without them. Well worth the expense.
This product has... Perfect fit, Stylish, Good for the car, perfect for travel.

Use while charging?

Would it do any harm to the battery or electronics to use them while charging?
I have used then while charging and never noticed a problem. They'll charge slower, obviously, but they'll charge.

Is it compatible with iphone and ipad wall chargers ?

Yes. It has a normal USB end so you can charge it on a laptop or with an iPod/iphone wall charger.
