Received item in the mail in a timely manner. Used them twice - the first time I used them heard a crackle in the left earbud; 2nd time I wore them- as long as I didn't turn my head to the left there was no crackle. Returned them to the store. I ended up buying a brand new set! Pleased w/the new out the box merchandise.

This is a good vacuum if u r just vacuuming. The tools keep falling off as u maneuver the sweeper. The suction on the handheld is average. The rewind cord is great and the brush on/off option is a nice extra. However, for what I paid for this sweeper a cheaper model probably could do the work as well.

I bought this for my husband's "man cave" located in our finished basement. The area is nowhere near the square footage the information booklet claims this heater covers. I thought for sure he would be dialing down the temp.-NOT! If anything, we added a few throws in order to be comfortable while sitting down there. My basement can be a little drafty but, I saw no difference in this heater than the cheaper ones we have purchased in the past. Not $$$ well spent!

What is the path the dirt takes? Does everything go from the beater bar area through the hose then into the tank? Or is there a direct route from beater bar to tank? I am trying to avoid the vacuums that go through the hose first as they often get clogged.

Quiet enough or a bedroom?
Quiet for a bedroom would like temperature to be around 68/9. Is it capable to heat a room size 20x20x15ft ceiling height. Thx
Yes, it is quiet - u barely hear it running.
No, that room size is about the size of our living area in our basement w the exception of the ceiling...nope, ours struggled to get up to 69 degrees. And, that was after we would turn it on about an hour before we would b occupying the room.
