It reduces glare and any hazing when taking photos which in turn makes for a much higher quality photo. It also does a good job of protecting the lens. Always better to replace or clean a filter than the actual lens. I go to the beach and there is always a slight breeze coming off the ocean (kicks up sand). Filters are inexpensive and a nice lens is expensive. Take the steps to protect your investment. It is good to experiment with filters and you should have multiple in your bag.

It does as expected and brightens colors and reduces reflections which in turn makes for a much better photo. I also like that it protects the lens. Always better to replace or clean a filter than the actual lens. If something is ever to get sand in it or scratched then it is better to be an inexpensive filter than you nice lens :).

I wanted something fast and large enough that I did not need to carry around multiple memory cards. This one did the trick - 64 Gig in size and 80 Mb/s, which can take my 24Mp camera burst mode photos just fine. Even when I shoot in RAW+Jpeg .. as we all should. Hope this helps. I use a Nikon D3200 camera.

The bag is perfect for a beginner or intermediate photographer. I found it to have plenty of room for all my stuff (flash, 2 lenses, camera, extra battery, wifi adapter, remote, lens cleaner, usb cord, markers, charger and an extra lens cap). Still has room to spare for additional things I plan on adding later (looking at a uv lens kit). Later as I become a better photographer I will likely have a multitude of lenses and maybe even a second camera and will need to upgrade to a camera backpack or travel carry case, but that is a year or two from now. At the moment I find the Nikon carry case to be perfect.

Always good to have a spare battery. It charges quickly and it has worked fine. Best practice is to have a spare battery and memory card handy. I opted for a 64 Gig memory card so do not need to worry about extra cards like my friends who have 8 Gig and 16 Gig cards. The spare battery however has saved me a few times during photo shoots. I swapped out when taking tons of photos with kids sitting with the Easter Bunny recently. Had to take tons of burst shots to get that perfect photo of the kids smiling and looking forward :-).

I have had a few but in the past I went with inexpensive versions and they always broke. This time I spent a little more and could not be happier. It is very sturdy and I feel comfortable with my expensive camera being mounted to it. All that money in the camera and you do not want a cheap tripod to fail on you and it to topple over. I am tall 6'3 and like the height of it as well. It came with a nice carry bag and I throw it over my shoulder and it is not heavy at all. I also like the quick disconnect for when I want to remove the camera quickly. Overall a very well made tripod.

I am still learning all the fancy features and about shutter and aperture speeds to control the images, but really love this camera. I used it to take hundreds of photos of kids with the Easter Bunny and also tons of photos at the animal rescue ranch I volunteer at. It has worked flawlessly and I am very pleased with it. Looking now at picking up a UV Polarizing Lens kit to help with the outdoor photos I am taking and also to protect the main lens.

Went on quickly and the lens cap quickly snaps in and when in use I just unclick and drop it letting it dangle. Better than holding it or putting it in my pocket like I used to. Also it can quickly go from lens to lens so I do not need to buy one for every lens. With it dangling I also get reminded more to put it back on when not actually taking photos. When in my pocket I tended to leave it off more which leaves it unprotected from dust and sand. I live in Florida and love the beach and the animal rescue ranch I volunteer at so am always in dusty or sandy scenarios.

Works great and went on quickly .. small issue of when inverted it rubs up against the focus grip a little when adjusting in and out. Not an issue for me as I leave it pointing out all the time. My camera is a Nikon 3200, which I am loving and still learning all the cool features it has.

Took pictures of around 100 + kids with the Easter Bunny this Easter using my new Energizer Flash and it worked great. It recharged fast and was always ready for the next shot.

I bought a combo pack which included 2 lenses, battery and a bag and a charger. Still needed to pickup the following: memory card, tripod, extra battery, lens filters, wireless remote. I am loving the camera and have had no problems with it. I went for a large memory card just so I would not have to have multiple smaller ones like I did with my old camera (I highly suggest this .. makes things so much nicer). You will have fun playing with all the settings and different options of the camera.

WiFi Built in?
im confused about this specification. in the best buy specification area of this camera it saids "Wifi Built in - YES" does this mean it can connect via wifi without the adapter. or will you need the adapter to connect to wifi.
I bought the camera thinking the same thing, but later found that it was wifi capable (if you buy the add on). They have a special slot on the side to plug the adapter into once you buy it. I would also recommend getting a wireless remote.

Can I fit my D5200 with nikkor 10-140 lens in this bag? If not, any suggestions?
I have the d5300 bundle kit and everything fits perfect in the Nikon Camera bag. I have both the 18-55mm lens in the bag along with the 55-200mm lens, my flash, extra battery, a charger, wifi adapter and my wireless remote. The bag fits them all perfect.

Not sure of your location, but they had plenty at the PGA Blvd Best Buy store in North Palm Beach Florida. Perhaps you could ask to have some transferred to the branch near you or if close swing into this store. I used it to take pictures of a lot of kids with the Easter Bunny recently and it worked great.
