I have a SONOS Soundbar and Sub. Don't want to use Play 1's for rear. Can this amp with wired speakers be set up for rear surround sound speakers?

I have 3 different rooms, with speakers 3 pairs. 6 speakers in total. Can I connect all the speakers. Will the sonos be able to support 6 speakers all playing the same time, same music.

You have to be careful because this amp is only rated to run at 4 ohm stereo. I have done this exact thing with 6 speakers, I just made sure to keep the Connect:Amp cool.

I have a sonos system should I purchase a connect amp

Depends on what you are trying to do. Do you have your own speakers you are going to power? Or would you like to hook this up as a source to your own amplifier?
