This phone was easy to activate and works well. It has many features, and Google Play Store will add almost any tablet app you may need. It has over five gigabytes of memory, but no micro SD memory card slot. I have enjoyed using it and it appears to be very durable. Excellent vallue.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The software for this external hard drive is very easy to install. You get super reliable storage and performance with this device. It compares as well or better than other makes of external hard drive. The warranty is excellent and updates are provided regularly. I have not had any problems with any WD drive that I have purchased and have found the value to unbeatable. I would be very surprised to have any problem with a WD drive.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Is the auto back up software in CD form? Or can I download it?

I am buying a laptop without an internal CD Drive and I won't have access to any sort of CD-based software on that (I'm not willing to buy an external CD Drive). I would like to do the auto backups onto this external hard drive, but it isn't necessary as I could do the manual ones with the usb.
No CDs needed. Software is on the device itself and updates are downloaded from the Internet.

Will I be able to transfer photos from my Samsung Galaxy S4 phone to this device?

Yes. I transferred my phone files- jpg and mp4 to a Windows computer and then from that device to the WD hard drive. Of course files uploaded to cloud storage can be transferred to a hard drive as well. I hope this reply helped answer your question. Thank you.
