Thought show case type would be convenient to pay extra for but
not as one without. Delivery guys had to disassemble the doors to
get the unit inside and once they have been installed back, one of the
door is making squeaking noise. The water dispenser drips one or two drips after dispensing water (manual states it's normal after 3 gallons or so due to new filter but after over many gallons, it still does).
The unit I bought maybe the one of those "unlucky" ones but completely disappointed despite the fact that I am very loyalty on Samusng products.

Pls tell me if the depth dimensions you provide include the installation hoses, venting, etc in the back of the machine, or just for the machine itself? If it's just for the machine, how much space is needed between the wall & the installation hookups?

More times than not, when washing a load of towels, at the end of the cycle the towels are still very wet and we need to run an extra rinse and spin so that they can be ready to go in the dryer. Why does this happen only with towels?
