I was looking for a microwave with at least 1000 watts but one that doesn't use a lot of counter space, which is a challenge. This microwave fits that need, and at a good price. Function is great. I also wanted a brand name, and Sharp is the original inventor of the microwave turntable...thus the name, Sharp Carousel!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Clock feature on 309 YW

Bought this microwave for my parents who live out of town. They said the clock is a 24 hour clock. Is there a way to change it to a 12 hour clock?
Yes. When you set the clock, it gives you the option of a 12 or 24 hour clock setting. Press "clock" (24H will appear), then press "clock" again (12H will appear). Set your time, then press "clock" again.
