The GTX 760 does not disappoint. The performance you get out of this gpu per watt and dollar is absolutely amazing. I highly recommend. I might even go SLI.

we have netgear powerline adapter pair on second floor and first floor of house; can i add a third adapter for the basement?

As long as it's on the same circuit then everything is all good.
