What's great about it: Folds up nicely so as to not take up a lot of space, plug and play.
What's not so great: So far no problems
No bad thing to say about this head set. Since it folds up there are weak points, so if your heavy handed I wouldn't recommend it, Sound is good, the fit is nice and comfortable, and the battery is still going strong. So far, nothing to dislike.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Is your PC 31-II over-the-ear headset compatible with cell phones? What type of connector(s) does it have (USB or plug(s))?
Never tried but I doubt it since phones generally don't have USB ports. Could possible work on a built in hands free system in a car with a USB port. My 2012 Toyota has such a system, but I never tried it.

Will the White Color model be sold at Best Buy also?
I saw 4 color options at the Best Buy in Victorville, and white was 1 of them. I assume so.
