I'm extremely satisfied with the Samsung - 850 PRO 512GB SSD. It was easy to transfer/clone my old 240GB SSD to this new 512GB SSD. I have always had good service with the Samsung SSD and will eventually upgrade to the Samsung 960 Pro 1 TB SSD M.2 version.

how does intel turbo boost work exactly? is it enabled off the bat? and is it safe to have it on forever? and it wont damage or over heat ?
You can make changes in your Bios set-up, but I would carefully read your manual. I leave my CPU setting on auto, which was the factory setting and it runs just fine. It is safe to leave the turbo boost enabled, that is what it was designed to do. I suggest not messing with the Bios unless you know what you are doing. I have not had any issues and my system works just great. Good Luck!

With the Motorola SB6121 Modem, does it offer a wireless router, or is it one that has to stay plugged into a computer?
It does not have wireless built into this cable modem. There are other models that do, but they cost much more. I have a separate wireless router plugged into this modem and it serves me well.

Would I need to purchase a seperate router if I purchase this modem?
Yes if you want to have a wireless router or plug in multiple devices. If you just want to plug in a computer and get internet access, this modem is all you need.
