The controller started off working well for us. But after a short period of time, the controller would start to disconnect constantly. I've tried repairing the controller multiple times and changing out the batteries, but it just will not stay on. I've tried it with the lights off and on. If you're thinking about saving money with this product, you'll only spend more later to get the first party Wii U Controller, so just shell out the money for them to start with.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased this after my Belkin @TV quit working. I've been happier with this device than I was with the Belkin receiver. I have great picture and the IR blaster works well when I'm away.

The Energizer charging station is great for my Xbox One. I've purchased two of these to charge my four controllers and I'm completely satisfied. The batteries last a long time and charge very quickly. I would definitely recommend this to someone looking for a battery pack for their Xbox One.

if I cancel att uverse, will slingbox replace my local and cable channels?

I watch local channels, plus channels like ESPN, FOOD NETWORK, NGW, CNN, FOX, OWN, DISCOVERY, SciFi, and TBS. Will slingbox allow me to watch local channels and network channels like these? If I cancel uverse, and give them back their equipment, all I have left is Wii, SmartTV and slingbox, if I purchase it. Would I have what I need to watch cable-like channels?
The slingbox is only used to transmit your existing video (in your case ATT UVerse) to the internet so you can watch it remotely. If you disconnect the service, you'd have to find a friend or family member that would let you hook up to their TV in order to have what you would need to view the channels.

Can I use my Verison 4G Mi-Fi router to receive 720 Hi-Def at remote end?

Home has cable 20 meg download internet. If I attach Sling Box 500 to cable box and out to Internet, will my Verizon 4G Mi-Fi router be fast enough to receive 720 hi-def TV? What specs are available regarding the internet speed at the remote end?
Depending on where you are and the signal strength you get with your MiFi, you should be able to get the HD quality from your Slingbox. With my phone, I've had data speeds upwards of 20 Mb/s with Verizon 4G LTE and have been able to view the HD quality using the Slingbox app when riding in the car, so you shouldn't have any problems.
