I'm not a huge fan of 2-D platformers. They have to be special to keep my interest for very long. The DKC series, especially the Returns series, does just that. I've never played a 2-D that keeps me as intrigued and surprised like this series. Specifically for this game, I've played through the first few levels so far, and I'm constantly saying stuff like, "Wow" and "That's crazy" and "Didn't expect that". Unique level design, extremely fun and satisfying gameplay makes this a must play game for anyone who gets enjoyment from platformers.

Mario Kart 8 Deluxe has to be the best Mario Kart ever made. This is coming from a guy who's first game ever was MK 64. I loved that game and still love it to this day. I've played every console MK, and several handheld versions, and I feel this game not only the best racing experience of them all, it's also the best celebration of all the past glories of the entire series all in one package. If you have a Switch and you don't have this game, you are missing a vital piece of the whole experience your Switch has to offer.

Nintendo is known for being creative with it's controllers. The joy con follows in the footsteps of the Wii remote. It's a very neat controller. I don't believe that Nintendo has unleashed it's full potential yet. Still, this is a nice controller that makes playing Switch games cater to your own playing style. From playing separate from the system, attached to the system, or holstered in the grip, there will be a playing style that suits your needs.

I'm deeming the Nintendo Switch pro controller the best controller ever. I have played with almost all console controllers: N64, PS 1-4, Xbox 360, Gamecube, Wii, Wii U game pad and pro. I thought the PS dualshock series couldn't be beat, and I'm extremely fond of the gamecube controller, but this one beats them all. It's extremely comfortable and well balanced. All the buttons are placed just right and easy to use. I could go on, but I don't think people will doubt the quality of the controller at this point. I know the price is the problem with most people. Well I agree that $70 is expensive, but I also believe that you get what you pay for. If you enjoy playing with a traditional controller and you play quite a bit on your Switch, I strongly suggest purchasing at least one of these pro's. You won't regret it.

First things first, this is a Nintendo product. This is a high quality grip that is easy to use and handy to have. I find using the grip w/ joy cons is a very acceptable controller that will not hinder the gaming experience. My only issue is that I feel having a charging grip isn't a necessary feature to have. The joy con's battery life lasts forever on their own. Even if you travel w/o having the ability to charge your switch - which in turn charges your grips - your joy cons will outlast the switch's charge by a country mile with no need for a charging grip to help out. To wrap this up, good accessory, but paying extra for a charging feature that will, in my case, never be utilized.

This is a great way to catch up on one of the most unique and intriguing video game franchises ever produced. I haven't consistently been able to play these games overtime, but when I heard that this collection was being released, I had to have it. It's a great value. If you need to get caught up so your ready for KH3 when it's released, get this great collection.

For context, this review is coming from a 90's kid that played these games on the PS1 when they originally came out. I'll make this short and sweet: Crash is as good now as he's ever been. If you've played these games at any time, you're going to be able to hop back into the adventure with ease. I've had a blast revisiting Crash. Definitely worth the purchase.

I've always been a Nintendo guy with a love affair with Sony. At some point or another, Ive owned all the Playstation systems and have enjoyed them all with my favorite being the PS2. I would've enjoyed the PS3 more, but in my personal experience with the system, I experienced a red light of death with two different ones and gave up on Sony for several years. I let a few years go by before I gave in and tried out the PS4, and I am so glad I did.
The system works perfect for what I look for in a gaming system. It's simple to use, has great graphics, and does all my media in one package. I've really enjoyed the game selection so far, especially the HD remakes of games I didn't have the chance to play during their original release. I still love my Nintendo systems, but when I need a change of pace, I always go to Sony and their newest system is a great addition for anyone's entertainment area.

Sony has perfected it's controller since it debuted on the Playstation. As someone who has owned all the systems at one point or another, I really like the controller. The only thing I will say about this newest model is that the battery life doesn't seem to hold up very long. It always seems to be blinking at me on the screen telling me to charge it. It doesn't bother me too much for my personal setup, but it is something.

I always wanted to try the Uncharted series, but I didn't have the chance to play them during the PS3 era. When I decided to purchase a PS4, I discovered this game collection and scooped it up. Now, I can't vouch for the graphical improvement with the move to the new hardware. I can only account for the games themselves and the convenience of having them all on one disc.
I have a new favorite Sony franchise. I love these games. The story, the game play, the characters, etc. You truly feel like your experiencing a modern Indiana Jones trilogy from the driver's seat. All three games are modern masterpieces that should be enjoyed by anyone who owns a PS4. Plus, the novelty of having the trilogy on one disc is very appealing. All in all: great games, great collection, and most important, great value!
