Not a true remote and I had to jimmy rig it with a special set of wires (included) and sound is not comparable to other high end headsets. Has a wired box that has to be piggy backed onto your TV audio ports.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Did not believe an old school company could keep up with modern technology but this is the finest camera I have ever used. (AND NO I DO NOT WORK FOR NIKON!) Great product, features and lenses. Great customer service in the store in Dartmouth Massachusetts.

can you use a pair of Turtle Beach wireless headphones on xbox 360 and xbox one

XBOX 360 requires a weird wiring setup so the answer is yes but not really....

Do I need to buy to anything else with it to make it work?

This is not a true remote set. You have to place a box onto your audio outputs and piggyback your regular audio out...
