At least with this one you can tell which way this remote is facing while it's in your hand. Still getting used to the touch screen portion, but was easy to program and had codes for my vintage Carver audio gear. Got mine on a fluke price of $99... then it went "on sale" a week later... for $199?
I would recommend this to a friend!

What about the HUB?

Answers were mixed. Does this remote come with the Hub? If not, does it control devices thru walls?
Mine did not come with the hub. Instead I installed an IR Repeater in the wall next to my TV and passed the wires through the wall to the cabinet around the corner (out of line of sight).
