Only if you have a range problem. If your provider only is giving you 2 Mbps then that is all this will provide. This just extends the range of your signal to reach where you couldn't get before.

Can I use my bluetooth headphones and the watch with one phone?

I use my bluetooth headphones a lot but will the watch sync with my phone simultaneously?

Yes you can use both. I connect my car stereo every day and my watch stays connected.

How good is the Moto360 for measuring calories burned through the day

I'm not sure on the calories, but I use the Google fit app for the steps/distance so it measures through my phone and my watch just shows the results. So I assume it is pretty accurate.
