Are they comfortable? My son had a set for his PS3 and complained that they were too tight... he has a normal size teenage head. Leary to buy, don't want to run into that problem again.

They are very comfortable, I have no issues. Try another pair. Maybe first pair were faulty. Good time to get them because Bestbuy has extended return for the holidays. Have until middle or end of January to return them if they don't fit right.

Pre-ordered game and never got last jedi rey and kylo or yoda's lightsaber mastery. Is there any way I can contact best buy and get it?

Rey and Ren you open crates in the game. For Yoda you had to be in the beta and preorder before then, sometime in October.
