It has been a long time since I bought any software. I expected to buy a disc, and was shocked when I found out I would be downloading. The last time I did that, it took forever, and had lots of problems. I was pleasantly surprised when it downloaded quickly, and without a hitch. Everything works as intended.

The salesman said he would include this kit with my dishwasher purchase (for retail price), and I assumed it would contain everything I needed to install my dishwasher. My old unit had copper water lines and was hard wired. Because of this (which is common), I did not need the power cord, and the fitting on the braided stainless steel hose did not fit the shut off valve. The valve has a compression nut thread, and it takes a special adapter to make it work. I went to Home Depot and Lowes looking for an adapter in the plumbing department, only to find they don't carry shut an item. I walked through the appliance department, and I found a kit with the adapter I needed. I feel that should have been in the kit sold to me by Best Buy. It really made the installation a pain in the neck.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This dishwasher does a great job at cleaning dishes. I debated if I wanted a hard food disposer or filtration, and everyone has a different take on the subject. I finally decided to go with filtration, and also the upper rack, thinking it would be great for Tupperware lids ect.. We removed the upper rack because our favorite cups would not fit with it in. Dropping the middle rack to the lower position created problems with large dishes, so that was not an option either. As others have noted, the interior dimensions are smaller, and I assume this is due to the added insulation. It is very quiet, and I like the light on the front that changes colors depending on the part of the cycle the unit is in.

My wife's notebook kept shutting down and she would hold the power cord at an angle to get it to charge. I hated to see her so frustrated, and told her to get a new charger. She tried the notebook web site and had no luck, but went to Best Buy and bought this model with multiple adapters. Works great and she is running on a charged battery.

I purchased this antenna for use in a clubhouse that does not have access to cable. I was able to hang the unit on a wall 20' high by adding additional coax cable. Purchased this TV for use in an area without cable, so I hooked it up to a digital antenna. The picture quality is great, but the sound is not as loud as I would like. I had to take the tv back to the store for replacement. The first one had a cracked screen that I did not notice until I had mounted the unit on the wall and turned it on for the first time. The store was great with the exchange and even let me turn the replacement on in the store prior to leaving. Once bitten twice shy. Second unit is up and running as planned.

What gas range goes best with this? Looking for a 5 burner one.
You might not be able to use an over the stove microwave with a gas range. The BTU output might be too high for the unit to handle. Most gas ranges I have seen use a high output vent and mount the microwave in an island or wall cabinet instead.

noise level
What is the noise level for the venting fan?
There are three speeds on the vent fan, and the lower the speed, the lower the noise. If you have a lot of smoke you will need the highest speed, but I usually keep it on low. At this setting it is not to loud and easy to still talk and hear when running.

how do i remove a grease filter from a kitchen aid microwave model khms2040bss?
There are two filters on the bottom of the unit and they slide side to side to remove. I usually wash them in dishwasher or soak in Dawn and rinse. Install by inserting and pushing to one side then move back to center and it will fall into place

36 inch over the range microwave
I am looking 36 inch over the range microwave
I am very happy with this unit. It comes with a sheet that gives all the prompts for reheating ect., and I placed that on the inside of the adjacent cupboard for easy access. After a week or two you will remember what keys to hit without looking. Cooks great.
