a few thousand files... videos, photos, documents, ect.

will this card work with a nikon coolpix?

No, this is a huge memory card compared to a micro sd or similar style cards.

To video-record for 90 minutes, would this be adequate, or do I need a 64 GB card?

i can record for 90+ minutes, given that my camera video settings was set to low. if you record at 4k or 1080p expect shorter recording lengths. but still very much possible. if you are looking to record more than 90 minutes then id advise to go with a 64gb.

Will this disk work in a samsung Galaxy tab 2 notebook ?

Only if it accepts compact flash. which i looked up the specs of your tablet and it doesnt seem like it does.
