Bought the headset on sale after loosing 2 others. Got another for my bro for x-mas. It works especially well with my Samsung S5 since the waterproofing feature on the phone apparently compromises the voice quality on the phone.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Is it normal for a BT device to lose connection when I store my phone in my pocket?

I recently purchased the Plantronics Marque 2 Bluetooth device and have had issues with the connection being lost when my phone is not in direct line of sight with the device or when I store the phone in my pocket. Is this normal of these types of devices?
I've never experienced that problem - have the phone in my pocket all the time. I only lose connectivity when I walk away from my phone about 20 feet into another room. It reconnects as soon as I am back within range.
