If your problem is distance from the router, then yes this might help. If your problem is your router speed, then no this won't help.

Hi. Will this extender weakens my internet speed coming from my main router? I'm planning on buying this so I can get a good wifi in my bedroom. My main router is in my living room which I used for streaming with my Roku 4. Im currently getting 20 Mbps.
The more devices running at the same time you will slow down. If you are not running at the same time this should help.

Can this extend any WIFI including FREE not just that in your home?
As long as you can sign into the free wifi router this should help.

I show connected to my wifi but shows also no internet access
If your problem is distance from the wifi router then this should help.
