This shredder is great to have to be sure my personal information is protected. I had to dispose of so many years of personal records that it had to stop to cool down. I like the warning light when the bin is full.

This stick vacuum cleaner is useless. Not only did it fail to pick up what I could see on the floor, but it didn't even pick up the dust that was too light to see. When I swept the floor right after using the Insignia, I was shocked to see the PILE of dirt that was left behind!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

how do you open the machine when paper is stuck and needs to be removed??

I just put it in reverse and try to pull the paper out.
