This modem is faster that the garbage that Xfinity rents you, it is Dual Band 5.0 and 2.4 and you own it. No more rental charges is sweet. Gonna take the TV settop box back to them because once you have the service you can access live channels through AppleTV or Fire TV and save another rental charge, and the less I give Comcast the better!

It too bad that you have to buy access to an internet even though you pay an ISP. This is the last one I buy. Someone needs to come up with a hack for this.
