Decent quality as expected by Belkin products but you better be ready to remove any phone cases before using it. The phone pouch is VERY snug.

This was purchased as an affordable Mother's Day gift. It is much less expensive than it's competitors but does the majority of what they can do. Obviously it's not on the same level as the $150-$500 fitness trackers but it delivers all that was expected. This was a good purchase and I recommend this product as long as your expectations are appropriately set.
I would recommend this to a friend!

will it fit with an ottorbox commuter case?

not a chance, phone pouch is VERY tight
