I am very satisfied with this washing machine. Very easy to use, and drying time is less time due to better spin cycle than older machines. I am 5 feet tall and just about reach bottom to remove clothes so a step stool might be a good idea for short people

how can i get an owners Manual

Washes and Rinses in hot water when set for cold was and cold rinse. change settings manually and still washes and rinses in hot and warm water.
Same thing happened to me and I realized my pipes in the wall were reversed so just switch hot line to cold and cold line to hot
