it's a decent bluetooth for the price, just maybe not as "intuitive" as some. the online guide though does walk you through how to access other features like redialing the last number called.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Why won't the headset hold a charge?
I've had two of these and never had a problem with the headset lasting about a week or more on a full charge. if I'm traveling long distances and have it on constantly it still lasts a few days. you may have a defective unit.

Can this be worn in either ear
yes you can change the ear pieces to fit either ear.
