I wanted something small light and powerful! I find my Fit Bit One is all that. Tracking my sleep patterns was important to me as well as tracking my activity. If you like sharing goals and motivation with others you can, or you can just deal with your readings and see what you want to modify or keep the same.
I would recommend this to a friend!

HOW TO WEAR THE DEVICE

Can you clip the Fitbit - One to a lanyard that you wear around the neck? I have to wear a lanyard with a work ID and this would be great if it worked this way. It would e with me all the time. Thank you.
I don't see why not, if it is thick enough not to slip through the clip. But, try it out in the house first for a test drive!
