This was perfect for mounting a 19" TV under the kitchen cabinet. Instructions were very easy to follow and had it installed in no time at all.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Can you remove the swivel screw to allow more than the +/-45 degree viewing angles?

It can be removed but not recommended per other answers. The set screw actually fell out when I was installing it (must not have been screwed in very far). I put it back in as I didn't want it to swivel more than the +/- 45 degrees.
