Really happy with this phone- very user friendly. Love the graphics. Wouldn't mind if it were a bit smaller. Should be able to carry a phone in front jeans pocket.

We live in an area that gets terrible internet signal. Our home is only about 1600 square feet (ranch style). This seemed to help increase reception to the 2nd third of the house but we had to purchase an Internet extender in order to get any signal in the last 3rd of the house. We now have great signal!

This is the phone my elderly uncle wanted. He refuses to use it for anything but actual phone calls. It seems to work fine for him. I wouldn't really know if I'd recommend it or not. I wouldn't discourage it if they just wanted a beginner cell phone. I love my smartphone.

Great product- just as advertised. Wish it had more 2 player games. They especially liked the Lara Croft game- it is well designed for the 2 player version- requiring the 2 to truly work together. So disappointed we have to wait so long for the 2nd one (for the PS4) to be available.

I had Geek Squad install this backup camera in combination with a Kenwood DDX372BT unit. The image from the back-up camera is reversed. So in other words an object on the passenger side of the vehicle displays on driver side of the screen. Is this something that can be changed in a setting or something?
I don't know what happened to cause this problem. Mine does not do that. I'd take it back and ask them to fix the problem. Maybe a re-install?

Depending upon the terrain the box says about 30 miles. It works well for us but I think we're only about 10 miles away from lots of stations.
