If you decided on a side by side fridge then this is a wonderful option for you! The ice maker is fast and reliable! The LED lights are bright & graduate perfectly off and on. Extremely modern! I was confused as to get this or the one with freezer on bottom and am wishing I went with freezer on bottom ONLY because it was alittle bigger for my family!

Would we need to hire a plumber or other person to hook up the water for the ice maker or is it a simple process?

When they came out to deliver fridge from Best Buy, they had to install the water line which only took them less than half hour! They do charge xtra for water line installation of $129 I believe it was.
