Really happy with the Vizio 42" M Series tv. Easy to set up, great picture and lots of options to get the picture set up right. I still need to find the sweet spot for the picture but I'm sure I'll get it looking right. The speakers are a bit better than average. Still needs a sound bar though.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Does this TV have a Web browser? Can you watch YouTube videos on it?

Yes. It should pick up your wifi very easily. Once I plugged it in, the tv set up process automatically found the signal and prompted me for the security key. Once that's entered you're good to go on the web.
