This is a very good shaver with all of the "bells and whistles" of shavers costing more than twice as much. Despite its lower cost, it feels solid and has a 5-year warranty. I really like the visible LED indicators that tell you how much battery charge remains, as well as when the shaver needs to be charged and when it's fully charged. The battery must be a good one as it holds a charge for a long time. I get a shave as close as the higher priced shaver this one replaced (Series 7) with no irritation. This shaver is quieter than most. My guess is that this is due to a lower cutter speed which may explain why it takes a little longer to shave with this shaver than my previous one. But only a minute or less. I read a review which stated that the foil only lasted a few months. I've been using this shaver for a little over a month and the foil still looks brand new. It should last a year. Perhaps that reviewer pressed too hard, which caused the flexible foil to contact the cutters. I've found that a light touch with electric shavers works best so as not to press the hairs flat against the skin.

What's great about it: Attaches securely
What's not so great: Seems overpriced
Connected between my Lenovo computer and Acer monitor. I can play Blu-Ray movies with a sharp, clear picture. I can't comment on the sound quality since my monitor does not have built-in speakers, so I run a separate connection from my computer to my speakers.
I would recommend this to a friend!

My PC has an HDMI video output; my monitor (LG L1933TR) has a DVI-D input.

It should, as my PC has an HDMI output and my Acer monitor has a DVI-D input. I can't attest to audio as my monitor does not have built-in speakers.
