On his/her helmet so the camera sees what your child sees. There are mounts for everything. Also adhesive mounts to be placed in irregular areas or surfaces.

My son is 12 would this be the best choice for him? Not sure if I should just buy the cheaper version.
Kids today require as many features that manufactures can dream up. Unless he is a movie maker. These are only the equivalent to fun snap shots to share with friends and family.
